Custom Design Process
At EAD, we believe that jewelry is more than an accessory but an expression of who you are. We would love to be a part of designing a piece that is personal to you.
For custom design inquiries, please complete and submit the section below and make sure your correct email address is filled out, press "Send" and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Please allow 2-3 days for our designer to get back to you.
For Heritage custom designs, please fill out the questions below and email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with images of the jewelry pieces you would like to repurpose including sizes and quantity of stones (if possible).
Once you are in contact with our designer, we will use your drawings/ideas and inspirations to create a design concept to bring your vision to life.
We will work on sketches (if needed) to finalize the design concept and work on a quote for you. Once the design concept, sketch and quote is approved, we will send you an invoice to place your order. Once your order is placed, we will finalize your design concept with a 3-D computerized (CAD) model which shows you various perspectives and angles of your piece.
We will then email you images of the CAD model for your approval and work on any changes to your design if requested. After final approval, we will print the design in wax and cast the wax in the metal of your choice. The piece is then cleaned up and polished, stones will be set (if any) and a final polish will be done. Your piece is then thoroughly inspected for quality assurance and will be packaged in our beautiful branded EAD packaging. You will then be notified through email when your piece will be shipped.
Time Frame: Please note, most custom designs will take approximately 4-8 week for completion however, time frames can vary depending on communication time, type of design, labor involved and any time constraints.
