What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept the following means of payment: American Express, Apply Pay, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, Paypal and Visa.

How is sales tax calculated for my order?

You will be charged a sales tax based on your shipping address.

How will I know that my order was accepted?

You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been processed. We will ship your order when all data, including credit card information, has been approved. In order to process your order, the cardholder's name must match the name of the billing address, and the billing address must match that of the purchasing card.

How can I check the status of my order?

You may check the status of your order by logging onto "My Account" or by emailing us at info@easterahndesign.com

Is my credit card information secure?

When is my credit card charged?

Items are charged to your card when your order is processed. 

Can the length on a necklace be altered?

Yes, we can alter the length. If you would like an item altered, please email us at info@easterahndesign.com to arrange details. There will be additional charges for alterations and shipping. Please allow up to 3 additional weeks for delivery.

I purchased an item from EasterAhnDesign.com and it broke. Can I send it back for repair?

Yes, we will repair merchandise. If you have a repair, please email us at info@easterahndesign.com to obtain a Return Authorization.

I would like to purchase a gift for another recipient. Can you send the gift directly to the recipient with a gift receipt?

Yes, you can ship an order to an address that differs from your billing address. If the order is a gift, please add notes under "Special instructions for seller" in your shopping cart, and we will make sure the order is shipped with a gift receipt, which will not show the prices. We will email the full receipt directly to you.

How do I care for my jewelry?

How are our orders shipped?

All orders are shipped insured via USPS First Class Mail for FREE Standard Shipping (Domestic only). Signature upon delivery may be required.

USPS Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, Fedex and UPS are also available for an additional fee. 

When will my order arrive?

All our pieces are made to order and beautifully crafted specifically for you. Please allow the indicated number of days for production and shipping, as mentioned on the product info page, to complete your order.

You will be notified through email regarding the shipment of your item. Tracking numbers will be automatically sent as soon as your order is packed.

Do you expedite shipping?

What does the shipping charge from EAD cover?

The amount charged by EAD, at the time of purchase, covers the transportation charges for the carrier of the package. It does not include any duties, taxes, customs fees or brokerage fees. For more information about the different kinds of charges or fees that can be applied, please see our fee explanation under International Shipping.

Why am I being charged by the shipping carrier for the duties and taxes? I thought these fees are applied by my country's customs department.

Depending on the shipping method you selected, the carrier may pay the duties and taxes on your behalf in order to expedite the delivery of your package. The shipping carrier will then bill you for those duties and taxes afterwards. Sometimes the shipping carrier will charge a fee for this service and apply it to the bill. Can EAD indicate on the customs forms that the package is gift or that it has no value so I don't have to pay any taxes or fees?

As a retail store, we must lawfully indicate all items as merchandise.  

After seeing the duties and taxes, I decided to cancel my order. Can I send the package back to you and cancel my order?

Unfortunately, if a package is refused and returned to us, we will have to charge the return shipping cost to the intended recipient. Any duties, taxes or other fees will also be charged back to the intended recipient. Due to our “made to order” policy, we also do not accept returns at this time. 

Why doesn't EAD try to estimate the duties and taxes for me so I know how much to expect to pay?

We ship to over one hundred countries each with their own import laws and regulations. We could not, in good faith, estimate the duties and taxes for every country.

Returns questions

What is your return policy?

Return Policy

At Easter Ahn Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we are confident that you will love our products, please be aware of the following policies:

Time Frame for Returns

  • You have 5 days from the date of delivery to contact us to initiate a return and 14 days from the date of delivery to ship the items back to us.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, free from signs of wear or damage.

Restocking Fee

  • We will determine if the piece is eligible for a full refund once it arrives back to us. Depending on the condition of the returned item, there may be a 20% restocking fee (i.e. if it's been damaged or clearly worn). This fee covers the cost of inspecting and preparing the item for resale.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. Easter Ahn Design cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

International Orders

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

Custom Orders and Engraved Items

  • Custom orders, special orders and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange and Store Credit

  • Select pieces are only available for exchange or store credit. Please read specific product descriptions and details before ordering. Items returned after the 14-day period will only be eligible for store credit.

Sizing and Care Recommendations

  • We highly recommend that you confirm your ring sizing, chain length, or any other sizing prior to placing your order online. For information on how to care for your jewelry, please check our Jewelry Care section on our website.
