Please review the following basic rules that govern your use of our Site (the "Agreement"). Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this Site.

Occasionally there may be information on EasterAhnDesign.com that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. Product Information
All jewelry is individually hand crafted with great care and detail. Our exclusive designs incorporate precious metals such as 14 and 18 Karat Gold and Platinum.  Each piece is created using high quality diamonds and colored stones.  You may find that some pieces will vary slightly due to availability and natural variation in the gemstones.

Modifications to Services and Prices
Due to fluctuations in market prices for metals and stones, prices are subject to change without notice. In addition, we reserve the right to change or discontinue products or services without notice at anytime.

Materials
Easter Ahn Design products displayed at the Site may be available in select boutique stores in the United States. The prices displayed at the Site, however, are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. The prices for our pieces at select retail boutiques are at the sole discretion of the boutiques and are not regulated by Easter Ahn Design. We provide accurate information to the best of our ability on the materials utilized in our products. We are not held responsible for any product description deemed inaccurate or if our supply source provides us with inaccurate information.

Colors
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Easter Ahn Design has no responsibility for the linked websites nor does it necessarily endorse the linked websites. Unless otherwise specified, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting Easter Ahn Design's products and services available in the United States. This Site is controlled and operated by Easter Ahn Design from its office in Irvine, California. 

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts of the State of California, County of Los Angeles and/or the Southern District of California.

Termination
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Easter Ahn Design. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Easter Ahn Design also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Easter Ahn Design's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or Easter Ahn Design, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise.
