What is your Return Policy?

At Easter Ahn Design, your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to love your purchase. Please be aware of the following return policies:

Time Frame for Returns:
You have 5 days from the date of delivery to contact us and initiate a return. Once your return is approved, you have 14 days to ship the items back to us. Please see the details below regarding return eligibility, as they may vary based on the product purchased.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it, free from signs of wear or damage.

Made-to-Order Pieces:
Please note that certain made-to-order pieces are not eligible for returns but may qualify for an exchange or store credit. Each product's specific return eligibility is outlined in its individual return policy, which we recommend reviewing prior to making a purchase.

Custom Orders, Special Orders, and Engraved Items:
All custom orders, special orders, and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Restocking Fee:
We will determine if the piece is eligible for a full refund once it arrives back to us. Depending on the condition of the returned item, there may be a 20% restocking fee (i.e. if it's been damaged or clearly worn). This fee covers the cost of inspecting and preparing the item for resale.

What is your Repair and Sizing policy?

Repairs / Sizing

If the merchandise is defective or damaged during shipping, please return the item(s) within 7 days after receipt. We will repair the merchandise and have it shipped back to you within 10-14 days. 

For any repairs due to normal wear and tear or sizing, please email us at info@EasterAhnDesign.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Once you receive a Return Authorization, you may send the returned merchandise with the original receipt to:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Easter Ahn Design cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. We therefore suggest that you insure all parcels.  

How do I return your item?

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items. Easter Ahn Design cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.

International Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

Custom Orders and Engraved Items

Custom orders, special orders and engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchange and Store Credit

Select pieces are only available for exchange or store credit. Please read specific product descriptions and details before ordering. Items returned after the 14-day period will only be eligible for store credit.
