Returns 
Although we are confident that you will be satisfied with your order, because our pieces are made to order specifically for you, all sales are final. We highly recommend that you confirm your ring sizing, chain length or any other sizing prior to placing your order online. Please also check our Jewelry Care for information on how to care for your jewelry. If you have concerns about your purchase, please email us at info@EasterAhnDesign.com.

Repairs / Sizing 
If the merchandise is defective or damaged during shipping, please return the item(s) within 7 days after receipt. We will repair the merchandise and have it shipped back to you within 10-14 days. 

For any repairs due to normal wear and tear or sizing, please email us at info@EasterAhnDesign.com or call 949.529.0648 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA). Once you receive a Return Authorization, you may send the returned merchandise with the original receipt to:

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Easter Ahn Design cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. We therefore suggest that you insure all parcels.
